As a Functional QA Engineer at Yuno, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment processing systems. You will work closely with the development team to identify, document, and report issues, as well as assist in creating and executing test plans. 🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?

Collaborate with senior QA engineers to develop and refine test plans, test cases, and testing strategies for payment processing applications.

Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios and critical use cases.

Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate the functionality and accuracy of payment processing systems.

Document and report defects using a bug tracking system, ensuring clear and comprehensive information for the development team.

Work alongside the automation team to create and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive and critical test cases.

Assist in the execution and maintenance of automated test suites.

Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.

Participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide updates on testing progress and discuss any challenges.

Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and payments technology.

Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, test cases, and testing procedures.

Generate comprehensive test reports detailing test results, including pass/fail status and any identified issues.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of QA/Software Test Experience is desirable

Knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Basic understanding of test automation tools and frameworks.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
