We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team.
At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payment’s ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments easily, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.
🟣 About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Yuno, you will align product development and marketing strategies to drive user engagement and product adoption. You'll simplify complex product information, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create initiatives to build brand awareness.
🟣 What are my challenge at Yuno?
• Build a sustainable Go-to-Market strategies to leverage the Yuno solutions across partners, cross-functional teams, and users.
• Identify key opportunities to change user behavior, increase engagement with Yuno products, and differentiate the brand.
• Work with product teams to align daily tasks and broader strategies between product management and marketing teams.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with product development and launch initiatives, and simplify complex product information for compelling communication.
• Create and execute initiatives to build awareness of Yuno's product internally and externally, driving product adoption, engagement, and spending.
• Provide key, timely, and actionable feedback to team members, coach them to bring their best selves to work, and lead the internal communication strategy for sharing actionable insights with the business.
🟣 What skills do I need?
Qualification
• Extensive experience in the payments' ecosystem, familiarity with partners and enterprise companies
• Strong background in product marketing
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
• Experience in driving business strategy with a deep understanding of the user, the category, with a focus on payments.
• Proven track record of solving critical business challenges with creative solutions and a bias for action.
• Expertise in understanding user pain points and journeys, and collaborating with product teams to enhance user engagement.
• Strong command of financial metrics and exceptional analytical skills, using data to inform marketing or product strategy.
