We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships Team.
At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payment’s ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments easily, access a variety of payment services with just one integration, and enable end users to pay easily and securely.
🟣 About the role
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with existent partners and potential partners, expanding our market presence, and delivering value to our customers.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build mutually beneficial relationships, optimize existing partnerships, and explore new opportunities in the payments' industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. 🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?
• Analyze partnership performance and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics, while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Prepare and present partnership reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights into partnership performance and ROI.
🟣 What skills do I need?
• Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Previous experience in a Partnerships Team, specially focused on e-commerce or fintech partners
• Experience managing negotiations with Financial Institutions/Fintechs/Payment Providers around enablement of payment services.
• Experience in providing recommendations and strategy within the LATAM and NAMER region for payment acceptance or e-commerce.
• Experience managing partnerships including performance management and executive level escalations.
• Experience with technical/operational/regulatory requirements in the payment acceptance flows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and drive business growth through partnerships.
