As a Product Analyst at Yuno you'll play a crucial role in shaping our payment products, ensuring they meet customer needs, and driving continuous improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, and designers, to gather insights, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development and enhancement of our payment products.

🟣 Key Responsabilities:

●Design and improvement of the checkout product and associated payment methods.

●Development of digital solutions for payment methods.

●Optimization of acceptance rate

●Churn reduction

●Rejection analysis for rejection improvement

●Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and optimizations for our payment products.

●Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, transaction data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements.

●Develop and maintain comprehensive product metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

●Participate in user testing, feedback collection, and usability studies to validate product hypotheses.

●Monitor the performance of launched features and provide recommendations for iterative improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.

🟣 Qualifications:

●Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business,Undustrial engineer, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline).

●1 or 2 years proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in the payments industry or related financial services.

●Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

●Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data differents tools such as (e.g., Confluence,Jira).

●Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.

●Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is a plus.

●General development concepts (backend, frontend, apis, etc.)
