Your Team 👥
You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and join the Sales team. On TheOrg you can view the complete structure of our organisation, including information about every team member, hiring managers and the size of each department.
Your Responsabilities ✏️
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to play a key leadership role in building our Government business. This position will be responsible for selling solutions and rapidly growing Rocket.Chat software within the Government sector in Latin America. A proven track record of delivering sales results with tenacity, accountability, high energy, integrity, and discipline is crucial to success on the Enterprise Sales team. A successful Enterprise Account Executive Rocket.Chat is responsible for achieving sales to new clients and existing customers.
Mandatory Hard Skills 🎯
- Good English and Fluent Portuguese;
- Proven senior-level experience in B2B selling across the Government ecosystem, both Federal and State/Local.
- Demonstrated history of indirect sales success in the Government market;
- Proven hunter with a history of developing new prospective customers and collaborating across cross-functional internal teams, ensuring target quotas are exceeded;
- Driven to successfully close large complex deals amid a mix of new business, established accounts, and channel management;
- You have experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions;
- Conduct sales activities in full compliance with all procurement rules and regulations;
- Advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed your targets;
- Intellectually curious, easily grasp new products and solutions, and bring the spirit of innovation to your customers;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software company;
- Ability to travel.

- Achieving assigned sales targets;
- Execute a complex, solution-based sales process encompassing multiple groups within a strategic account;
- Develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting high-value needs across multiple functions and business lines;
- Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market;
- Consulting with clients on business issues and research design;
- Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations;
- Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements;
- Resolving sales or delivery issues;
- Working with potential clients to win the business through strategic thinking and a challenger sales mindset;
- Finding referrals from client stakeholders, CTOs, or executives;
- Consultative selling and intensely listening to your customers;
- Preparing comprehensive territory plans;
- Identifying and converting opportunities into sales;
- Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal;
- Clearly articulating the value proposition of solutions and products and the endless possibilities of the digital enterprise to your customers;
- Collaboration across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to your clients.
