Company Overview
Nestig is a venture-backed baby brand, bringing thoughtful design to the nursery. - Act timely and efficiently on recurrent, post-sale issues (published by Operations and Customer Experience insights) to improve our products;
- Provide trainings on new Hard Goods product/categories to our Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure the excellency of their work and a speedy resolution to any customer-related issues;
- Participate in site visits to Hard Goods suppliers to evaluate production processes and quality control, as well as suggest improvements;
